How these estimates are calculated
The Score column shows the adjusted stroke total used by the handicap calculation. It can be lower than the strokes actually played when one or more holes are capped at net double bogey.
For 18 holes, the score differential uses the selected course rating, slope, par, the calculated course handicap, and an assumed PCC of 0.0.
For 9 holes, the differential for the holes played is combined with an estimated expected differential of 0.52 × current handicap + 1.2. This estimate was derived from the available Swiss Golf scoring history.
The projected handicap uses the applicable lowest-score average, exceptional-score reduction, and the supplied soft and hard cap values. Future PCC and committee adjustments cannot be predicted.
